When you partake in strength-training, the sensitivity of these androgen receptors increases. Through which, the consumption of amino acids required for protein synthesis is amplified. Hence, positively affecting your muscle and performance.

Ingestion of Testosterone Propionate

For bodybuilders who are just starting on their journey to strength and muscle training, the single use of testosterone propionate is sufficient. A 100 mg of dosage per day along with regular training show excellent results in muscle building. You can take it for 12 weeks or more in a year. Experts advise adding 400 mg boldenone or 400 mg nandrolone decanoate as a partner to testosterone propionate.
