Maybe it’s because I’ve recently finished reviewing the huge Alienware Aurora R11, but when I pulled my Corsair One Pro i200 out of its packaging I was amazed by the size of it was.<\/p>\n

The One Pro i200 is a sleek, silver rectangular box that has two LED strips that are programmable across the front and a few stylish Corsair logos. With a size of 15.0 and 7.9 inches x 6.9 inches, this is among the slimmest desktops we’ve looked at, and it would look great placed on top of a desk or inside the entertainment center. (It is 23.4 pounds, but so don’t put it on a thin flooring.<\/p>\n

Although it doesn’t have anything to do with have to do the performance of the computer it is hard to overstate how beautiful this One Pro i200 looks, and how small of a footprint it occupies. Many PC makers charge customers a premium but then give them a plain black box that has some LED highlights.<\/p>\n

Although I’m still of the opinion that I still think that One Pro i200 is too expensive for the value it offers the ability to put it all together inside this amazing chassis will reduce the pain somewhat.\u00a0If you want to create beautiful digital art, it’s appropriate to create it using a beautiful physical machine.<\/p>\n

Although it’s not an apples-to apple comparison, we tested the performance of our GeForce RTX 3090-equipped Alienware Aurora R11 using a selection of similar games.\u00a0It scored a soaring 152 FPS in GTAV GTAV and 136 frames per second on Shadow of the Tomb Raider at 1080p. Then it clocked 60 fps for GTAV and 59 frames per second on Shadow of the Tomb Raider in 4K.\u00a0If playing games is your main goal, you’ll need to consider going for a computer with a 30 series card.<\/p>\n

But it’s not all negative news.\u00a0From a quality perspective the games I played performed flawlessly on the QHD monitor.\u00a0Even the lighting looked amazing since the RTX 2080 Ti can support the ray tracing.\u00a0(Your frame rate is going to be affected, however.\u00a0It’s impossible to be everything at all times.)<\/p>\n

I tried on the One Pro i200 with Doom Eternal, Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition, Control and Final Fantasy XIV and experienced smooth gameplay and high frame rates all the way through.\u00a0Control playing with ray-tracing enabled was an absolute standout because it brought an entirely new level of immersion even in dark environments or any area that has reflective windows.<\/p>\n

If I wanted to cut cutting down demons into half or constructing colonies within the New World or traveling through cities that are massively multiplayer I could crank the graphics the maximum they could be, and experience an incredible level of quality and fluidity.<\/p>\n

Corsair One Pro I200 Software<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It’s a good thing that the Corsair One Pro i200 hasn’t included any additional software, only one program, the Corsair Utility Engine (iCUE), and an obnoxious Corsair Diagnostics software. ICUE lets you control the LEDs on the front of the device, and also the speed of the fan.<\/p>\n

It also allows you to check the temperatures of your components as well as overall performance. This is the same program the peripherals of Corsair use and it’s perfectly excellent.<\/p>\n

The Diagnostics software, on the other hand, is pretty diverse. It’s useful to view everything from your computer’s model all the way to the BIOS version you have in one location. But, it also warns you with regards to backups, security software updates, and other things -It wants you to perform the maintenance of your PC according to its plan rather than your own.<\/p>\n

It also claims that it will automate the running of a defragmenter which I would hope isn’t the case. Disk defragmenting isn’t necessary for SSD<\/a> and can actually shorten the life of SSDs.<\/p>\n

Upgradeability And Ports Of Corsair One Pro i200<\/h2>\n

According to the catalog, the PC comes with a variety of ports. On the front,3.5mm audio port, 2 USB Type-A ports, and HDM(in the majority of computers) HDMI ports are on the rear, perhaps to allow VR. On the back of the computer, you get 5 USB Type-A ports, 1 USB Type-C port, a display port, an optical audio jack, and two Ethernet ports.<\/p>\n

Compared with the majority of gaming PCs, the components are comparatively less, particularly the absence of USB Type-C ports at the front. Ports aren’t enough, I don’t know how productivity users will connect cameras, microphones, or lights. Another problem with Corsair One Pro I200 is that it isn’t an ultramodern user-friendly PC. It’s simple to get your hands inside. Press the button on the back, remove the top piece and then remove the screws. There isn’t much to do inside.<\/p>\n

If you upgrade using first-party components, you don’t Corsair will cancel your warranty. If RAM and SSD are being used up, you can upgrade them, but it’s best to keep the machine on its own.<\/p>\n
